Pistachio-crusted salmon is probably my favorite way to prepare salmon. It is so juicy, decadent, and flavorful – not to mention incredibly easy! When we discovered that the brand Wonderful made chili roasted pistachios, we knew that we had to use them to crust salmon. The best part of this recipe (other than the salmon, duh) is the combination of spicy from the pistachios and sweet from the honey. You need to make this!
We would like to thank The Flaky Foodie Podcast for posting a picture of the chili roasted pistachios and asking us to share this recipe. Twist our arms having to make it again! 😉
We mentioned that this recipe is easy. Like, really easy. First, you’ll chop the pistachios to smaller bits in the food processor. Next, brush honey all over the salmon. The honey works as an adhesive here for the chopped pistachios. Finally you’ll cover the salmon with chopped pistachios, and grill away!
Hope you enjoy!
