About Us

We live in Midtown Sacramento with our white Shepherd mix Lucy and resident gray tabby jungle cat Pepper Jack. We love to cook and drink delicious recipes and cocktails, and those two things turned into hobbies when the world went into quarantine. When there was nothing else to do – we took to the kitchen!

We created this site to showcase and share our favorite recipes. The most used tools in our kitchen/backyard are our PitBoss smoker, Weber kettle grill, sous vide, air fryer, and bartending set. If we are at home – we are cooking delicious recipes and shaking things up with fun and festive cocktails.

When we aren’t in the kitchen or bar we are usually out on the golf course, camping with family and friends, obsessing over our Fantasy Football teams in the Fall, and hanging out in our backyard.
