Grilled Soy Balsamic Flank Steak

When we say that you need to make this recipe ASAP, we mean it! This is easily our favorite marinade that we’ve made to date. Soy sauce, Worcestershire sauce, and rich Balsamic glaze make up the key flavor profiles of this. Everything else just lends a helping hand.

We recently learned that Costco delivers, and let me tell you that was a game changer. We almost exclusively buy flank steak from Costco because it’s always at a great price and in a value pack. If you don’t vacuum seal value packs of meat yet, that’s another recommendation from us!

Please, please let this marinate as long as long as possible. We love to marinate overnight, but if you don’t have time then a few hours will also work! After marinating, fire up your grill at high heat to sear for a couple minutes on each side. Transfer to indirect heat for the remaining cook time, remove, let rest, and feast away! You will not regret it!
