If you haven’t tried Ina Garten’s famous chocolate cake, please do yourself a favor and add that to your to-do list! Her not-so-secret but game-changing ingredient is coffee. The coffee really brings out the intense cocoa flavor and we are huge choc-o-holics (and coffee fiends), so that is a win win! We used that wonderful cake as an inspiration for this chocolate loaf. There isn’t over powering coffee flavor in this; just an exaggerated chocolate taste. Put simply: it is TASTY.
What we love about this chocolate loaf is that it is deliciously moist and the perfect level of sweetness without being overwhelming. This is great to slice and enjoy with, you guessed it, some coffee!
Ina Garten-Inspired Chocolate Loaf
