We have been on a huge seafood kick lately. Anytime it goes on sale, we stock up! We got a great deal on a bag of frozen shrimp from Safeway and have enjoyed making various shrimp dishes during the week. Shrimp cooks really quickly so we are loving the quick and easy meals! We’ve been doing a lot of tilapia and salmon on the smoker and thought it might be fun to try shrimp. We are so glad we did, because this shrimp recipe is one of our new favorites! When we made these, we served with pasta that had a white wine cream sauce. We want to make them again for tacos and even appetizers! They would also be delicious on a salad or with rice.
As with most smoker recipes, this one is super easy: preheat, season, smoke, and enjoy. Who doesn’t love that? 😉 Let us know what you think!
