Combine all wet ingredients in a large mixing bowl. Stir until mixture is smooth.
1 Egg, ½ cup Butter, softened, 1 tsp Vanilla Extract, ½ tbsp Canola Oil
Combine all dry ingredients in a medium mixing bowl.
1 ¼ cups White Flour, ½ tsp Baking Soda, pinch Salt, 6 tbsp Brown Sugar, 4 tbsp White Sugar, ½ box Vanilla Instant Pudding Mix
Stir to combine so that a smooth dough forms.
Gently fold in the chocolate chips with a spatula.
1 cup Semi-Sweet Chocolate Chips
Cover mixing bowl with plastic wrap and freeze for 1 hour.
Pre-heat oven to 350°.
Divide and roll cookie dough into 12 balls. Place cookie dough balls in 4 rows of 3 on a cookie sheet lined with parchment paper.
Bake for 15-18 minutes until golden brown. (Note: All ovens run different. We recommend checking at 10 minutes to ensure they don't overcook)
Remove from oven, let cool for 15 minutes, and enjoy!
